18. Supervise day to day contractor`s activities & guide them to do the things as per approved drawings & project plan.
19. Maintain good relationship with contractor and customer personnel so that they will work as per our requirement & will feel as part of project.

1. Lead the team of Automation Engineers and trainees.

12. Preparation electrical & instrument cable schedule according to instrument schedule, P&ID and feeder details.

14. Cold loop & and hot loop testing of PLC & MCC panel.
15. Motors and instruments testing through PLC & SCADA.
16. PLC & SCADA developed program like, Siemens, Schneider ,Fanuc ,Honeywell commissioning on site.
17. Should have experience in DCS, Simatic. Tia Portal etc
18. Provide SCADA operating training to operators & supervisors of client.
19. Attend the site issues of PLC & SCADA program on Team Viewer or on site visit

Process Industry like Edible Oil, Food Processing, Chemical, Beverage, and Water Treatment

1. Execute the on-site project activity based on the schedule and the engineering dwgs. provided.
2. Carry out on-site activities like Equipment erection and its alignment, piping and its fabrication MS/SS, coordinating electrification work and insulation work both hot and cold based on engineering drawings like, equipment plan/ layout, elevation, GA drawing, P&ID and various equipment/ electrical items/ feeders/ instrument/ insulation schedule.
3. Shall have good ability to read and translate the engineering drawings mentioned above.
4. Conducting the mechanical testing/ pre-commissioning activity that includes hydro testing and pneumatic testing, cold/ hot loop electrical testing.
5. Co-ordinating and extracting the work from on-site contractor’s team for erection and installation activity.
6. Delivering the work as per project schedule and under strict timelines.
7. Accountable for receiving the project material on site and safe storage and verifying that its received per the DC and list provided by the engineering team.
8. Coordination with internal departments and client’s project team for smooth execution of the project.
9. Coordinating with sub-vendors team for installation of ancillary equipment like Cooling tower, Boilers, chiller e.t.c.
10. Keeping track of day-to-day activity, documenting it and reporting the project manager/ HOD on daily basis.
11. Following basic safety rules for onsite project activity.

1. Should have experience in the related domain experience related to Chemical/Process Plant Piping Engineering, along with significant knowledge of International Standards.
2. Must have hands-on experience of: 3D Modelling related to Equipment, Piping, and Civil/Structures using AutoCAD Plant 3D preparing all types of piping deliverables such as Plot Plans, Piping Layouts, Equipment Layouts, Isometrics.
3. Should have hands-on experience in Model equipment – vessel, tank, structural drawing by using Plant.
4. Detail drafting on Process Equipment like pressure vessel, heat exchangers, tank, structural, GA, and detail drawing as per calculation.
5. Must have experience of working on Plant 3D Spec Editor.

   • Create intelligent P&ID using PLANT 3D software.
