- Provides the assistance to the project planning & designing team.

- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel and identify training needs.
- Monitor productivity rates and ensure the production will be cost effective.
- Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for management use.
- Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Enforce health and safety precautions.
- If production gets hampered, he should know the cause of production losses. To find out the exact issue/Problem and know the required solution to the same.
- Follow the safety aspects of all activities during execution of the project.
- Follow up with civil contractors, Mechanical contractors and internal team.
- Supervise day to day contractor`s activities & guide them to do the things as per approved drawings & project plan.
- Maintain good relationship with contractor and customer personnel so that they will work as per our requirement & will feel as part of project.
- Willingness to travel PAN India / Overseas.

- Execute the on-site project activity based on the schedule and the engineering dwgs. provided.
- Carry out on-site activities like Equipment erection and its alignment, piping and its fabrication MS/SS, coordinating electrification work and insulation work both hot and cold based on engineering drawings like, equipment plan/ layout, elevation, GA drawing, P&ID and various equipment/ electrical items/ feeders/ instrument/ insulation schedule.
- Shall have good ability to read and translate the engineering drawings mentioned above.
- Conducting the mechanical testing/ pre-commissioning activity that includes hydro testing and pneumatic testing, cold/ hot loop electrical testing.
- Co-ordinating and extracting the work from on-site contractor’s team for erection and installation activity.
