1. Fat Splitting

Our continuous fat-splitting process extracts fatty acids and glycerine from fats and oils via hydrolysis under high pressure and temperature (up to 260°C and 55 bar g).

DVC Process Technologists can also provide Enzymatic Fat Splitting section which efficiently processes sunflower and soya acid oil, achieving up to 90% FFA from the initial feed which is an alternate & sustainable solution for conventional high-pressure Fat splitting Plant.

 

2.Sweet Water Treatment & Evaporation

We recover glycerine from preconcentrated sweet water and purify it using advanced filtration and multi-effect evaporation systems.
