The DVC Bleacher design ensures optimized mixing of bleaching reagents (activated bleaching powder and carbon).

Engineered for reliable and efficient operation, the bleacher ensures optimal contact between oil and bleaching earth and activated carbon, resulting in superior adsorption.
The main feature of this bleacher is reagent mixing primarily by inline static mixer and then mechanical agitation. The open steam provided for the wet bleaching effect also helps in agitating the slurry mass, which helps achieve an optimized bleaching effect.

In the bleaching process, pre-treated oil is mixed with bleaching earth and activated carbon (If process demands) under controlled temperature and vacuum conditions.
After the required contact time, the slurry is filtered through PLF where the spent bleaching earth is separated, producing clear bleached oil ready for the next processing stage.

Working Principle

In the bleaching process, pre-treated oil is mixed with bleaching earth or activated carbon under controlled temperature and vacuum conditions. After sufficient contact time, the spent bleaching earth is separated through filtration, producing clear, refined oil ready for the next processing stage.
